  • Cara Memilih domain dan hosting ala Sariful dot com

    Berlanjut dari postingan sebelumnya tentang Perhitungan Bisnis Internet menurut Sariful dot Com. Mari kita lanjutkan dengan langkah awal yaitu membeli sebuah domain dan Hosting.

    Domain adalah sebuah nama unik yang digunakan sebagai alamat website Anda di internet. sebenarnya domain ini untuk mempermudah kita dalam mengingat alamat sebuah web. coba bayangkan jika harus menghafal angka-angka misalkan 202.134.0.155 dan kombinasi lainnya… biasanya kita sewa pertahun.. dan berbeda-beda harga sewanya, tergantung akhiran dot yang di gunakan. yang umum adalah dot com ex. sariful.com/

    Hosting adalah tempat meletakkan file-file website pada sebuah server yang terhubung dengan internet. kita biasanya sewa pertahun, per bulan dan per enam bulan.. or disesuaikan.

    dalam pemilihan domain sebaiknya kita sesuaikan dengan target pengunjung dari Search Engine nantinya. bahasa kerennya mah Keyword ond Domain. misalnya kita membahas tentang forex, mungkin kita bisa kombinasikan dengan mony ex. forex2money.com. jadi pengunjung insya Allah akan tertarget.

    kemudian dalam pemilihan hosting sebaiknya dipikirkan untuk jangka panjang. jangan asal murah.. boleh murah tapi asal jangan murahan.. hehehe.. kayak iklan aza.. pokoke coba cari kelebihan dan kekurangannya suatu layanan hosting melalui mbah google. caranya ? cari sendiri akh.. jangan manja… hehehe

    Biaya Internet marketing atau bisnis di Internet mahal…., jadi jangan percaya dengan iming-iming 200rb sekali bayar kita bisa jadi milyader or jutawan dsb apalai MLM (I’m sorry.. alergi euy..). semua butuh usaha, kerja keras, do’a, ikhtiar dan tawakal. Btw Kita Fokus ke Google Adsense, Why ? Because this time Google Adsense is The Best PPC Program, read it

    Kenapa bisnis on line atau bisnis internet mahal…. ? mari kita berhitung.
    Begitu pertama niat terjun bebas ke dunia internet marketing, yang harus kita siapkan adalah Biaya untuk akses internet. paling tidak kita sediakan waktu untuk OL minimum 3 Jam, kalo 1 jam di warnet Rp.3.000 maka kita harus modal Rp.10.000 / hari. koq jadi 10rb sehari… bukannya 9 ribu? jawabannya khan yang seribu buat beli aqua gelas dan sukro yang gopean.. hehehehe piss. jadi intinya pertama kita harus keluar modal untuk koneksi internet.

    Terus kalo dah punya Internet + Tengtop di rumah… berarti kita kena Abodemen bulanan. paling murah misalnya Rp.100 rb per bulan, belum biaya Meteran argo kuda nya Listrik. berarti 100 rb / 30 hari / 24 jam / 60 menit = Rp.2,3/menit. Jadi ketika sekarang anda membaca Postingan saya ini membutuhkan waktu 5 menit, berarti anda sudah keluar modal 11,5 Perak.. hehehehe

    kemudian kita lanjut dan lanjut ke hitung-hitungan bisnis online

    Investasi dengan minimal 5 domain :

    Beli domain @90000 x 5 = 450.000
    Sewa Hosting 1 tahun (unlimited addons domain versi Basic Hawkhost) $39,48 x rate 9rb = Rp. 355.320
    Beli backlink melalui jasa farm backlink bagi yang malas cari sendiri ; 5 domain x @100.000 =500.000

    Koneksi internet (Paket 100 rb) selama setahun = 12 x 100.000= 1.200.000

    TOTAL BIAYA 1 tahun : 355.320 (hosting) + 450.000 (domain) + 500.000 + 1.200.000 = 2.505.320

    Setelah kita mendapatkan biaya pengeluaran pertahun… itu di luar anggaran Makan, rokok bagi yang nyandu, kopi dsb.

    Misal minimal pendapatan dari Google adsense untuk tiap domain yang kita punya setelah optimasi dari berbagai penjuru, baik dari bek maupun gelandang serang dan juga stiker adalah $50/bulan maka $50 x 5 domain = $250/bulan

    biasanya dari pengalaman pribadi, setelah optimasi 3 bulan kita baru mendapatkan penghasilan. berarti bisa di cairkan di bulan ke empat. Kenapa coba jadi bulan ke empat? karena empat di kali empat sama denga enam belas, sempat ga sempat harus di balas… hehehehe. nanti juga tau sendiri lah.. pokoke halo sampe akhir bulan kita mencapai angka $100 maka akan di bayarkan setelah tanggal 15 pada bulan berikutnya, pengalaman pribadi sich dapetnya tanggal 26.

    Kalo di hitung berarti kita dapat penghasilan hanya dari bulan ke-4 sampai bulan ke 12 = 9 bulan. jika di hitung $250 x 9 = $2.250 terus di kali rate rupiah sekarang yaitu Rp.9.000/Dolar X $ 2.250 = 20.250.000 / Tahun

    Tukang dagang pasti berhitung pendapatan di kurang modal = 20.250.000 – 2.505.320 = 17.744. 680/tahun. Jika kitabagi 12 berarti rata2 perbulan kita dapat Rp.1.478.723,33. Masih di atas UMR Bogor Khan.. hehehehe

    Bayangkan jika kita punya 10 domain atau lebih… berapa yang bisa kita hasilkan ?

    Tambahan yang mungkin sangat bermanfaat bagi nyubie seperti saya. yaitu

    Usahakan jangan semua hasil dari internet di gunakan semuanya untuk kepentingan pribadi dan golongan.. apagi partai.. yang lebih farah lagi di pae buat nymbang Gedung DPR baru yang cukup WAH buat orang seperti saya. koq jad ke politik sich… ? gapapa… biar gak boring.. hehehehe

    Kembali ke Tengtop… Tapi Sisakan untuk investasi kembali misalnya dengan membeli domain baru dan optimasi lagi.. atau juga membeli backlink berkualitas dari web yang berkualitas dan ber traffic or berpengunjung ramai. dan sebagian juga kita bisa investasikan ke dunia nyata, misalnya beli tanah or bangun kontrakan.. silahkan bandingkan.

    Setelah lama tak posting, hari ini sariful.com/ berusaha kembali fokus dan memberikan sesuatu yang bermanfaat bagi para pembacanya.

    Kembali ke Make Money From Internet, dengan fokus ke Adsense maka kita akan mendapatkan penghasilan (pasive Income) dengan membuat sebuah blog.     From the above experience can be ended, that for playing a paid review is not simply enough with PR and Alexa rank, but the overall blog content also effects. There are a few tip so you will not get probation status flags:

    1. Try to get your blog well, especially the content, backlinks.
    2. Try to register your blog that you’ve PR1 and above and more than 60 days since the first post, and always updated.
    3. It would be better if you have enough backlinks, remember PR is not dependent on the number of backlinks, but the quality of backlinks, so it’s useless to have a PR 2 blog but few backlinks, because with this condition I was in. probation status

    Those are some conclusions that I can after registering a few blogs that I have, as I said has a PR3 blog entry is not guaranteed no probation status.     4. To get high earning from adsense ads you have to own high traffic. Here are the tips to get high traffic:

      3. By updating your site every day
