    Idealisme dan kebutuhan hidup, itulah yang sedang ada dalam pikiran ku. dimana pikiran itu datang ketika mendapat tawaran kerja di tempat lain. galau bahasa anak sekarang mah.. hehehe..

    Aq adalah lulusan Teknik Industri, tetapi bekerja sebagai seorang tukang benerin komputer… kenapa, masalah buat lho.. hehehehe. kalo di lihat dari basic pendidikan tentu tidak nyambung, karena ilmu Teknik industri aq tentu tidak akan terpakai.. ada sich beberapa, misalnya dalam merancang program aq masih teringat perlajaran dosen aq yang maha pinter ngeles tapi ilmu “meringankan tubuhnya” sakti sekali, beliau adalah Bpk. Iim Takwin yang title nya gak tau dah berapa sekarang.

    tapi ketika idealisme itu datang bersama tawaran kerja yang menggiurkan, tentu akan membuat aq galau untuk memilih. di satu sisi aq butuh kehidupan di sisi lain juga butuh pengembangan diri untuk mencapai masa depan yang lebih baik lagi. di sini aq Static dan tidak akan berkembang, karena yang aq kerjakan adalah kerjaan rutin yang ntu ntu lagi. sedangkan di tempat yang baru aku akan di tantang untuk mengembangkan diri.

    di tempat baru, aq di tuntut untuk melakukan perbaikan di pabrik, baik layout maupun sistem produksinya. tentu pelajaran Sistem Produksi dan Perancangan Tata Letak dan Fasilitas akan sangat berguna sekali pokoke Teknik Industri Bangets dech, di topang dengan Program Auto Cad yang akan memudahkan ku dalam bekerja. Disana pun akan banyak berhubungan dengan wonglande hehehe Bule maksudnya… tentu terpacu lagi untuk belajar bahasa inggris.. hahahaha.. bisa gak yach..,  Mobil dinas pun di tawarkan, jika sudah 6 bulan bekerja dan juga jaminan kesehatan yang di jamin penuh selama 1 tahun tidak melewati 1 bulan gaji… hehehe sisanya bayar sendiri… Gaji yang di tawarkan juga lumayan, hampir selisih 2 jutaan.. tetapi tetap galau…. :))

    Tempat kerja yang sekarang jaraknya cuma 450 Meter dari rumah kalo di tarik garis lurus berangkat jam 7.15 pulang sampe rumah jam 16.45, kalo di jakarta dari rumah paling telat harus berangkat jam 5 pagi  dan pulangnya sampe rumah minimal jam 8 malam.. Kapan ketemu anak ?? berangkat pagi habib masih tidur, pulang malam kemungkinan habib juga sudah tidur.. paling ketemunya sabtu dan minggu aza.

    di tempat kerja yang sekarang, ongkos gakan ngabisin 1 liter sehari sedangkan kalo ke jakarta lumanyun dech pokoke… beli pertamax… hehehe, maklum spocel injection jadi minumnya harus tanpa timbal.. kata tukang mainan mah sayang motor…sayang motor…, bayar parkir di pintu tol Citeureup/cibinong, Naik Bus, makan siang, makan sore dsb dech yang bikin kantong kering..

    Kalo di hitung2 paling dari selisihcuma sisa 800rb.. nah nilai itu apa sebanding dengan waktu yang terbuang??? ada yang bisa bantu untuk memilih antara idealisme dan kebutuhan hidup… ???

    Ada-ada aza yach orang teh… sariful dot com aza mau di bobol… gak ada data penting di sini mah, apalagi data "transferan" yang ada cuma curahan pengalaman pribadi aza.

    Mengutif film G30S PKI "Tuhan tak pernah tidur 'Jendral'…", jadi jangan berharap karena Sepandai-pandainya Tupai Melompat pasti baunya akan tercium juga, makanya sepandai-pandainya menyimpan bangkai, pasti akan jatuh juga..

    Ambil positif nya aza dah… lumayan lah sebagai ujian.. dan testing bagaimana security sariful.com/.. bisa di tembus apa tidak..

    dulu tahun 2009 pernah juga sich ke hack… alhamdulillah bisa selesai juga.. semoga tidak kejadian lagi… (more…)

    Bapak Presiden yang saya hormati, saya mohon kepada Bapak agar segera
    memberikan hukuman penjara kepada saya tanpa perlu lagi mengikuti proses
    persidangan untuk membela hak-hak saya. Bagi saya, saya rela dihukum penjara
    bertahun-tahun asalkan Bapak dapat berjanji Bapak akan memberikan ketenangan
    lahir dan batin bagi keluarga saya, khususnya bagi istri dan anak-anak saya.

    Perlu saya jelaskan bahwa istri saya adalah benar-benar seorang ibu rumah
    tangga yang sama sekali tidak mengetahui apa pun yang berhubungan dengan
    kepartaian. Saya juga berjanji, saya tidak akan menceritakan apa pun yang
    dapat merusak citra Partai Demokrat serta KPK demi kelangsungan bangsa
    ini.

    Note:

    • Any suspicious in the SIP must be clarified with TSS/AMC merchandising division
    • Communicate timely with MR if production schedule is going to impact the delivery date.
    • Follow up with any quality concern.

    If :

    • PP sample not approved by TCPS.
    • Bulk fabric not passed MTL test.

    Then No Production

    Stage 2: Initial Inspection

    This inspection should be conducted in the factory as soon as production start. It should include an evaluation of initial cutting and sewing techniques and should also include an evaluation of all fabrics and trims.
    Take TOP Testing Sample at this stage.
    1. Meeting with the factory management

    • To review production status
    • To review factory self Report for the Fabric Inspection and Initial garment inspection

    2.  Visit Factory warehouse to check if the bulk fabric are placed properly, all shade lots are clearly marked and separated, the fabric inspection and the record can be observed.

    3.  Visit Cutting section to check the cutting operating each process, and to check the quality of the cut panel.

    4. Visit Sewing section to check the line set up, machinery and sewing process for key operating area.

    • To check the sewing construction to the red seal sample and yellow seal sample.
    • To check the fabric color, visual quality, hand feel and appearance to the standard in the SIP.
    • To Check the bulk trims to compare with the approved trims card in the SIP for the design, visible quality and function.

    5. Pick up the samples from production line and locked with BLACK seal for TOP sample testing

    6. Summarize the inspection finding to the factory management. Review the problem and identify it can be improved.Schedule the next Inspection date ( DUPRO Inspection)

    Note :

    • TCPS should provide a clearly guideline to the factory for quality issue raised at this inspection stage, and need to follow up with the result.
    • Communicate with MR for the issues related to the delivery and quality.

    Pre-Production (PP Checking ) Next :

    This inspection should be conducted when no more than 20% of production is completed.
    The frequency of DUPRO inspection depends on the size of the order and results of the first DUPRO.
    At this stage the inspection should be focusing on whether garments are cut to specification, whether the overall workmanship is of an acceptable level and whether the production is running as the initial schedule.

    1. Meeting with the factory management

    • To review updated SIP
    • To review the production status
    • To review the factory self Report for self In-line Inspection
    • Result feed back for the issues that raised at the TCPS Initial Inspection stage
    • Pre-review the packing method to the packing requirement and details in SIPSampling PlanSingle Sampling Plan for normal inspection level II

      Workmanship: AQL 2.5

      Measurement: AQL 6.0 for woven item, AQL 10.0 for knitted item.

      Defect Criteria

      Critical Defect =1.0 point

      Major Defect = 0.5 point

      * Only one defect is counted and no more than 1 point is scored on one garment.

    Workmanship Audit

    The garments are inspected pc by pc at a correct sample size for defects in design, constriction, workmanship, material, color, labels, safety, pressing, and finish. Problems discovered in finished garments should be tracked back into the cutting/sewing line to  be reviewed and corrected.

    Measurement Audit minimum of four (4) pieces per size for all sizes must be covered by the pull. This audit must cover all measurement points. The total number of the first pull must add up to 4,8,13,20,32 or 50.
    The critical defect (1pt) is out of tolerance and falls next size grade. Major defect is out of tolerance but not to next size. No more than 1 pt per garment is scored.
    If a problem or sizing trend is noted, increase the sample lot size per the sample plan measuring the problem area only.

    2. Review and confirm result of In-House 601 wash resting if applicable.

    3. Pick up the random samples for every 100,000 pieces of one style and lock the black seal for on going production testing.

    Note :
    If the production failed to this DUPRO inspection, another DUPRO inspection must be performed. And TCPS need to follow up with the factory for the corrective result. Inform MR for the inspection result and potential issue related to the delivery .
