  • Van drivers are protesting because of Van insurance and gasoline prices rising

    This inspection should be conducted in the factory as soon as production start. It should include an evaluation of initial cutting and sewing techniques and should also include an evaluation of all fabrics and trims.

    4. Visit Sewing section to check the line set up, machinery and sewing process for key operating area.

    • To check the sewing construction to the red seal sample and yellow seal sample.
    • To check the fabric color, visual quality, hand feel and appearance to the standard in the SIP.
    • To Check the bulk trims to compare with the approved trims card in the SIP for the design, visible quality and function.

    5. Pick up the samples from production line and locked with BLACK seal for TOP sample testing

    6. Summarize the inspection finding to the factory management. Review the problem and identify it can be improved.Schedule the next Inspection date ( DUPRO Inspection)

    Note :

    • TCPS should provide a clearly guideline to the factory for quality issue raised at this inspection stage, and need to follow up with the result.
    • Communicate with MR for the issues related to the delivery and quality.

    Pre-Production (PP Checking ) Next :

    This inspection should be conducted when no more than 20% of production is completed.
    The frequency of DUPRO inspection depends on the size of the order and results of the first DUPRO.
    At this stage the inspection should be focusing on whether garments are cut to specification, whether the overall workmanship is of an acceptable level and whether the production is running as the initial schedule.

      Defect Criteria

      Critical Defect =1.0 point

      Major Defect = 0.5 point

      * Only one defect is counted and no more than 1 point is scored on one garment.

    Workmanship Audit

    The garments are inspected pc by pc at a correct sample size for defects in design, constriction, workmanship, material, color, labels, safety, pressing, and finish. Problems discovered in finished garments should be tracked back into the cutting/sewing line to  be reviewed and corrected.

    Measurement Audit minimum of four (4) pieces per size for all sizes must be covered by the pull. This audit must cover all measurement points. The total number of the first pull must add up to 4,8,13,20,32 or 50.
    The critical defect (1pt) is out of tolerance and falls next size grade. Major defect is out of tolerance but not to next size. No more than 1 pt per garment is scored.
    If a problem or sizing trend is noted, increase the sample lot size per the sample plan measuring the problem area only.

    2. Review and confirm result of In-House 601 wash resting if applicable.

    3. Pick up the random samples for every 100,000 pieces of one style and lock the black seal for on going production testing.

    Note :
    If the production failed to this DUPRO inspection, another DUPRO inspection must be performed. And TCPS need to follow up with the factory for the corrective result. Inform MR for the inspection result and potential issue related to the delivery .

  • Final Random Inspection (FRI)

    1. Meeting with factory Management.

    • Review the packing list to determine the # of cartons to inspect by PO by color / size.
    • Review the factory final self-report.
    • Result feedback for the issues that were raised at the TCPS DUPRO inspection.

    2. Check the carton quality and quantity base on the packing list

    3. Randomly select the cartons base on the sampling size use “ Square Root” rule.

    • To check the shipping mark, carton label
    • To check size/color assortment and packing quality
    • To check the packing material for hanger, hangtag, price ticket, etc.

    4. Check workmanship pc by pc at a correct sampling plan. The inspection for this stage should focus more on general appearance, color shading, button sewn, finish, safety and function impacted as DUPRO ‘s satisfied on the sewing quality.
    5. Size measurement same procedure as the DUPRO inspection except that only key points of measure are audited, also spot check any non- critical measurement problem uncovered at DUPRO fit audit to make sure problems are solved.

    6. Pick up the shipment sample from the inspected unit and lock green seal send to Merchandise Division in OWC.
    7. Review the defective garment with the factory and complete the FRI report. Issue the shipment release if the inspection passed for FRI, and all standard validated.
    8. Tour factory to complete the Compliance Short Audit.

    Actions in case of inspection failed for FRI
    TCPS should work with the factory for the corrective action. And identify the problem can be corrected with not impact of on time delivery.
    1. Factory need to re-inspect quality on the
    entire production. And request TCPS 2nd
    FRI with a self-inspection report

    2. TCPS need to communicate with merchandise division if the rejected units can not be amended or delivery potential delay due to the factory’s re-work. The representative samples with the details information/data should be provided as well.

    3. Hold shipment until all are validated.

    The report reflects factory quality performance by FRI and input by TCPS inspector after a FRI completed. This report should be shared with the factory, vendor and TSS/AMC merchandise division for business development reference.

    Salam damai rakyat Indonesia,
    Perkenalkan saya Andi Nurhilda Daramata Asiah Indasari, putri Bapak Nurdin Halid yang belakangan ini sedang diributkan oleh orang-orang. Saya satu-satunya putri dari enam bersaudara anak pasangan Nurdin Halid dan Andi Nurbani. Dari susunan keluarga ini saja saya sudah bisa melihat bahwa ayah saya orang hebat. Gen laki-laki sangat kuat. Kentara sekali gen orang Bugis dengan karakter lelaki yang kuat. Ya, ayah yang dilahirkan di Watampone pada 17 November 1958 memang dari keluarga Bugis.

    Saya sengaja menulis surat ini lantaran ayah terus menerus dihujat. Masyarakat tampaknya termakan berita-berita di televisi maupun surat kabar. Sebenarnya, kalau mau fakta yang sesungguhnya, ada baiknya melihat tayangan tvOne dan ANTV, atau baca vivanews.com. Ketiga media ini menyuguhkan berita-berita independen tanpa prasangka. Sementara media lain lebih berat untuk menjatuhkan ayah saya. Menurut saya ini bukan lantaran ketiga media itu milik keluarga Aburizal Bakrie, senior ayah saya di Golkar, tetapi media itu ditangani orang-orang profesional macam Karni Ilyas, maupun Uni Lubis.

    Sesungguhnya, tak benar jika ayah serakah kekuasaan. Ayah saya sekadar bumper dari orang-orang lain. Kisruh calon ketua PSSI bukan lantaran ulah ayah saya, tetapi kerja tim verifikasi. Lalu, kenapa ayah saya yang dihujat? Ini kolektif PSSI bukan Nurdin Halid!

    Buat apa ayah saya cari kekuasaan di PSSI? Toh sebagai pengusaha, ayah saya sudah kaya. Saya bangga punya ayah Nurdin Halid. Ia bertanggungjawab kepada keluarga. Ada hal berkesan darinya saat saya nikah tahun lalu. Ayah sungguh-sungguh memperhatikan kepentinganku. Aku bisa pesta di hotel mewah di Makassar, Hotel Clarion. Di ballroom pula! Pesta berlangsung meriah dengan balutan “kemegahan”. Ayah orang hebat, terbukti 8.000 orang undangan hadir di pesta pernikahanku.

    Kata omku, Kadir Halid, khusus pesta pernikahan di Makassar menelan biaya Rp 1,5 miliar-Rp 1,8 miliar. Total biaya tiga acara, Jakarta, Makassar, dan Sinjai konon menghabiskan Rp 5 miliar. Untuk menghibur tetamu, keluarga juga menghadirkan artis ternama Tanah Air, duet Anang dan Syahrini. Mereka yang hadir di antara tamu very important (VIP) di antaranya Gubernur Sulsel Syahrul Yasin Limpo beserta istri Ayunsri Harahap yang memboyong belasan kepala dinas dan kepala biro di lingkup pemerintah provinsi (pemprov). Gubernur Sulbar Anwar Adnan Saleh beserta istri, mantan Gubernur Sulsel Amin Syam beserta istri, serta mayoritas bupati di daerah ini juga hadir. Mereka di antaranya Bupati Soppeng Andi Soetomo, Bupati Takalar Ibrahim Rewa, Bupati Jeneponto Andi Radjamilo, Bupati Pangkep Syamsuddin A Hamid, Bupati Maros Hatta Rahman, Bupati Lutim Hatta Marakarma, pimpinan dan anggota DPRD, serta politisi di Sulawesi ini.

    Jadi, kalau ayah saya sebagai koruptor, jelas tak ada yang mau hadir dalam pesta perkawinanku. Mana ada lelaki yang mau sama putri seorang koruptor. Malah aku bisa dipersunting keluarga biru, Andi Seto Gadhysta Asapa, putra seorang politisi terkenal Rudiyanto Asapa. Coba, seorang politisi tentu enggan berbesanan dengan koruptor.

    Mertuaku tahu, Nurdin Halid bukanlah koruptor. Ketika ayah menjadi direktur Inkud, ia rela ditahan karena memuluskan impor minyak goreng. Padahal ayah membantu para pejabat agar memperoleh bagian dari impor itu. Ayah rela pasang badan di bui demi pertemanan dengan yang lain. Begitupun saat dituduh korupsi cengkeh, ayah saya hanya menjalani jual-beli!. Lalu ada lagi ribut-ribut ayah saya korupsi di PSSI, walah musykil itu. Tak ada uang dari Persisam. Tak ada uang terkait cek perjalanan Miranda Gultom. Ayah saya orang bersih, tetapi iklhlas untuk jadi bumper teman-temannya.

    Ayah saya bertanggung-jawab dengan nama Nurdin Halid yang berarti “cahaya agama yang kekal”. Setiap jengkap langkah ayah senantiasa berpayung agama. Maka, ayah pun mementingkan naik haji. Ayah ingin berjalan di jalur Tuhan, bukan syetan yang punya nafsu serakah. Rasanya, rakyat Indonesia keliru menilai ayah saya. Justru saya yang tahu persis, ayah saya orang bersih yang hebat. Sebab, kalau ayah buruk hati pasti ditinggalkan teman-temannya. Sampai sekarang, termasuk di PSSI, orang masih setia kepada ayah. Lihat Om Nugraha Besus. Lihat Om Nirwan Bakrie. Mereka loyal terhadap ayah, karena Nurdin Halid memang cahaya agama.

    Mudah-mudahan surat terbuka saya ini menjadi pencerah bagi saudara-saudaraku yang terperangkap gelap. Ayah saya datang membawa cahaya buat saudara-saudara rakyat Indonesia. Terimakasih.

  • SMKN 1 Cibinong

    SMKN 1 Cibinong – Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Cibinong (SMKN1 Cibinong) yang beralamat di Jl. Karadenan No.7 Cibinong Bogor, pada tanggal 17 Februari 2000 diresmikan oleh Bupati Bogor Bapak Agus Utara Efendi.

    SMKN1-Cibinong

    SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong berdiri pada tanggal 17 Juli 1999 dengan nama SMKN 2 Cibinong, karena SMKN1 Cibinong di tahun itu adalah yang sekarang menjadi SMKN 1 Gunung Putri. Tetapi berdasarkan SK Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No. 217/0/2000, berubah namanya menjadi SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong.

    Pembangunan gedung SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong bersumber dari dana LOAN OECF (Bantuan dari Jepang). SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong berdiri diatas lahan seluas 17.440 m2, dan luas bangunan ± 9000 m2.

    Dengan tiga program keahlian pada waktu itu yaitu Teknik Informatika Komersial, Teknik Mesin Otomotif, dan Teknik Perkayuan.

    Pada tahun 2001, SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong mendapat bantuan berupa ruang kelas sebanyak 4 (empat) ruangan dari Pemda Kabupaten Bogor, dan Alhamdulillah pada tahun 2003 mendapat bantuan lagi dari Pemda Kabupaten Bogor berupa ruang kelas sebanyak 2(dua) ruangan. Sehingga tiap tahun SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong mendapat jatah dua lokal ruang teori untuk memenuhi proses belajar mengajar.

    Seiring dengan perkembangan kurikulum sekarang ini (kurikulum 2004), saat ini SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong terdiri dari enam program keahlian yaitu Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak, Teknik Komputer Jaringan, Multi Media, Teknik Pemesinan, Teknik Mekanik Otomotif, dan Teknik Konstruksi Kayu.

    Pada tahun 2008 kurikulum mengalami perubahan dengan diberlakukannya spectrum kompetensi keahlian sehingga program keahlian berubah menjadi kompetensi keahlian, begitu juga kompetensi keahlian di SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong menjadi Kelompok Teknologi dan Rekayasa yang terdiri dari:

    1. Bidang Keahlian Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Program Studi Keahlian Teknik Kompeter dan Informatika Kompetensi Keahlian Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak, Kompetensi Keahlian Multimedia, Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan.
    2. Bidang Keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa Program Studi Mesin Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan
    3. Bidang Keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa Program Keahlian Teknik Otomotif Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan
    4. Bidang Keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa Program Studi Keahlian Teknik Bangunan Kompetensi Keahlian Konstruksi Kayu

    Pada tahun 2009 kompetensi keahlian bertambah lagi satu yaitu Teknik Gambar Bangunan, yang terdapat di Program Studi Kelahlian Teknik Bangunan, sehingga semua kompetensi keahlian menjadi 7 (tujuh).

    Pada tahun 2008 SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong ditetapkan oleh Direktorat Manajemen Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah sebagai Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional (RSBI), menyusul dengan dikeluarkannya surat keputusan oleh Direktur Pembinaan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Nomor: 4294/C5.3/Kep/KU/2009.

    Salah satu syarat dari SMK RSBI adalah harus mengimplementasikan ISO 9001:2008, Alhamdulillah SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong telah memperoleh Sertifikat ISO 9001:2008 tahun 2009 serta mengimplementasikan program tersebut dalam operasionalnya sehari-hari.

    Sejak SMKN 1 Cibinong berdiri dari tahun 1999, telah mengalami pergantian kepemimpinan (Kepala Sekolah), yaitu :

    1. 1999 s/d 2001 dipimpin oleh Bpk. Drs. Zakaria
    2. 2001 dipimpin oleh Bpk. Drs. Aep Isar Ina Soemantri
    3. 2001 (Juni) s/d 2005 dipimpin oleh Bpk. Drs. Herry Syahriban, MM
    4. 2005 (Desember) s/d sekarang dipimpin oleh Bpk. Syukur Heryasumirat, S.Pd, MM.

  • Misteri Siapa Kameramen Penyerbuan Ahmadiyah

    Perekam peristiwa penyerbuan rumah Ahmadiyah di Cikeusik, Pandeglang, Banten, masih belum jelas siapa orangnya. Namun, dalam rekaman yang beredar luas di media, si perekam leluasa mengambil gambar tanpa gangguan. Bahkan ternyata, seorang penyerbu memberikan salam tabik untuk si perekam video.

    Video penyerbuan Cikeusik pada Minggu (6/2) silam yang dikantongi YLBHI ini, berisikan 39 klip data video berformat MPG dengan ukuran file mencapai 175,3 GB. Video ini berisikan peristiwa penyerbuan Cikeusik dari awal sampai akhir. Video ini diduga diambil dengan handycam digital karena codec data video ini berkualitas Dolby Digital Stereo.

    Nah, entah siapa pun perekamnya, dia dengan leluasa mengambil gambar tanpa gangguan sama sekali. Dia sudah berada di rumah jemaat Ahmadiyah, saat sedang digelar semacam rapat internal. Saat polisi membujuk anggota Ahmadiyah, dia juga telah mengambil gambar.

    Bahkan ketika pecah kerusuhan, dia pun tetap dengan leluasa mengambil gambar. Massa yang tampak memakai pita hijau dan pita biru melihatnya, namun sama sekali tidak mengganggunya.

    Si perekam bisa berada sangat dekat dengan penyerbunya. Saat terjadi perang batu, si perekam cukup jongkok di pojok halaman rumah jemaat Ahmadiyah dan tetap mengambil gambar.

    Yang menarik adalah pada klip M2U02093.MPG menit ke 3:09. Tampak seorang penyerbu yang berjaket kulit hitam dengan pita biru di dadanya dan berpeci putih. Usai melempar batu, dia melintas dekat si perekam. Si penyerbu itu lantas berhenti dan memberikan salam dengan mengatupkan kedua tapak tangan di dadanya.

    Saat mengatupkan kedua tapak tangan di dadanya, si penyerbu itu mengucapkan sesuatu. Apa yang dia ucapkan tidak jelas terdengar, kalah dengan suara teriakan massa yang sedang menyerbu rumah jemaat Ahmadiyah itu. Sekilas, si penyerbu itu mengucapkan ‘sobat’. Namun, benar tidaknya kata itu yang diucapkan, tidak bisa dipastikan. Si penyerbu pun tersenyum sebelum akhirnya pergi.

    Kemudian yang menjadi pertanyaan adalah, kenapa si penyerbu itu memberi salam kepada si perekam ini? Karena banyak orang lain di lokasi yang merekam dengan ponsel, tapi tidak diberikan perhatian khusus seperti ini.

    Ada indikasi kalau perekam video masuk dalam rombongan Ahmadiyah, karena sudah membuat dokumentasi sejak rapat internal Ahmadiyah di rumah tersebut. Namun salam tabik dari penyerbu, membuat bingung apakah penyerbu itu kenal dengan perekam, atau hanya sekadar memberi salam.

    Di sisi lain, juga tidak pernah diketahui penampilan si perekam. Apakah dia memakai baju khusus, tanda pengenal khusus, atau dia orang asing, sehingga dia aman dari para penyerbu bahkan seorang di antara mereka memberikan salam.

    Angel yang kini berusia 26 tahun tampak mengenakan bikini berwarna merah. Di foto tersebut, juga terlihat gadis yang mirip dengan anak dari pasangan Krisdayanti dan Anang, Aurelle.
